For everyone, including people living with chronic illness, neurodivergent and learning disabled people, and carers.

Hello and welcome

I'm Nicola Jeffery MSc, PhD, DipCouns, MBACP, GMBPsS

I offer counselling, coaching, and training for people who want space to pause, reflect, and move forward.

People come to this work at many points in life. Some are in the middle of something difficult. Others are quietly questioning what comes next. You don't need a clear plan, or the right words, to begin.

My work is warm, relational, and shaped around you. I draw on many years of professional training and lived experience. I welcome clients from all walks of life, and I have a particular interest in working with people who are living with chronic illness, are neurodivergent or learning disabled, and with those who care for them.

How I can help

  • Counselling — space to understand feelings, experiences, and change

  • Coaching — clarity, confidence, and practical next steps

  • Training — for organisations, groups, and teams

Ready to talk?

A first conversation is free, informal, and without pressure. It's simply a chance to see whether working together feels right.
